Teacher Leaders’ Emotions Mirror Teacher Professionalism via Collegial Trust

The current study explores teacher leaders’ emotions and its relationship with professionalism collegial trust in the Chinese context. A sample of 477 leaders China responded to three measures, namely, leader emotions, colleagues. To analyse data, confirmatory factor analysis structural equation modelling were utilised. results confirmed hypotheses on relationships between constructs.
